Randy Lowrance

Randy Lowrance is a Vice President with Gilbane Building Company and has over 37 years of experience to his name.  For 20 years he served as a principle in a large Architectural/Engineering firm and 17 years in construction. Mr. Lowrance is a member of Associated General Contractors (AGC), Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC) and a Registered Engineer.

Daniel M. Gilbane

Dan Gilbane is a Development Manager for Gilbane, Inc. working on all aspects of project generation and execution. Prior to joining the company Mr. Gilbane spent over five years working in corporate finance; most recently at Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Mr. Gilbane graduated from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
