Dick Klein, CCIM, of The Richard Klein Co., representing the seller,IRL Properties, LLC negotiated the sale of the 97,566 SF tilt-wall distribution warehouse on 5.7 acres located at 7050 Bennington on Houston’s East side. Lockwood Holdings, Inc, the buyer, was represented by Joseph Smith of CBRE. 

Donnie Chang, CCIM, and president of ABC Realty, represented Carmens 24 Hour Boutique & Video tenant in the lease-purchase transaction at the “Stubbs Cycle” building at 8200 Southwest Freeway (just east of Gessner), a 16,000 +/- SF building on one acre of land.  Stubb’s Cycle is relocating into the former “Conn’s Appliance” building on the SW Freeway just east of the Beltway.

Jesse Cantu, CCIM of Realty Associates represented Alvarez Management in the sale of 6615 Flintlock, Houston, TX  77040, 6600 SF warehouse, to JHT Real Estate Interests LLC.

Kevin Block, CCIM Candidate of Levcor, Inc., with a colleague represented TX-SW # 1, LP in the lease of Sherman Centre, 37,151 SF to Aspen Athletic Clubs III, LLC.

Henry Hagendorf, CCIM, Senior Investment Advisor with Sperry Van Ness, and other SVN Advisors, represented 5005 Royal Lane, L.P. in the sale of a 74,000 SF office building in Dallas, TX.  The buyer was a private investor from California.

Chris D'Agostino, CCIM of D’Agostino Companies and Jeff Beard, CCIM of the J. Beard Real Estate Group negotiated a 60,000 build to suit and lease with Sadler Clinic, which will be located in Conroe, TX. It is the first phase of a master planned 300,000 SF medical office campus developed and owned by D'Agostino Companies.

Donnie Chang, CCIM, represented CIRRUS SL, LP in the cash purchase of the Redi Carpet Building at 12802 Capricorn in Stafford, TX.  The building is approximately 33,390 SF on two acres of land.

Pete O. Zamora, CCIM Associate, of Alliance Commercial Investments, Inc., represented Tejal & Payal LLC  (Buyer) in the sale of 2.078 acres located South of Bay Area Blvd on the Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX.

Mary Caldwell, CCIM represented Caldwell Companies in a 2,523 SF lease at 11411 Windfern to Cy-Fair Montessori, represented by Syed RazaSchool of Century 21. 

Jim Kirkpatrick, CCIM of Live Oak Capital arranged a construction loan for the development of Corinthian Pointe on behalf of George E. Johnson Development.  Corinthian Pointe is located at 5505 West Orem, single-story, 14,000 SF retail center. 

Keith Grothaus, CCIM represented Caldwell Companies in the sale of FM 1960 E and Oak Timbers Forest Drive to Atasocita Lazmi, LLC.

Jim Kirkpatrick, CCIM of Live Oak Capital, Ltd. has arranged fixed rate financing for 6701 Highway Boulevard in Katy, Texas on behalf of Matt Hughes, principal of Lionheart Commercial Development, Inc.  The property is a 13,500 SF multi-tenant office building located just west of Katy High School on US 90.
